This character does not originate from Street Fighter, he is a creation of SNK in a series called Fatal Fury.
He also competes in tournaments in KOF(The King of Fighters), a crossover video game series. He has appeared in other games, including the Capcom vs. SNK series, Street Fighter 6, and Nintendo's crossover fighting game Super Smash Bros.
Features
His signature attack moves are Power wave and Power geyser, and he is good at getting closer to enemies to launch attacks.
His unique fighting style combines boxing, karate, kung fu, kickboxing, and street fighting moves with the chi techniques he learned from Tung Fu Rue, his Hakkyokuseiken master.
