We accept PayPal and Credit cards for payments at PHAIGINA.

Settlement Currency

Prices on the website and all transactions, regardless of location, are in US dollars.

Please note that if currency conversion is necessary during checkout, the exchange rate will be the one in effect.

Transaction

The order transaction with our website is completed through PayPal, and currently, you can pay using the following methods:

• PayPal account
• Visa
• MasterCard
• JCB

On the checkout page, fill out the information (Contact, address, etc.) until the process is complete. You should be aware of two steps about PayPal (as shown in the figure below).

PS: For security purposes, we recommend that your billing name and address match the credit card information you entered. Orders that do not meet this standard may be cancelled.

Issues

The following reasons prevent credit card payments from being completed successfully:

• The credit card has expired.
• The payment amount exceeds available funds.
• The payment amount exceeds the daily limit.
• The payments are not being sent or received due to a technical issue.

It is recommended to contact the customer service number on the back of your credit card if you encounter credit card problems.

Invoice

We do not provide invoices on our own initiative. We will be happy to provide them if you need them. Please Contact Us.

You will receive a PDF copy of the invoice first. If you require a paper invoice, we will charge you accordingly, or you can mention that when placing an order.
