The warranty period for the chair series is 2 years while the warranty period for electronic products is 1 year.

Gaming Chairs

We offer a 2-year warranty period on our Classic Model and Casual Model, during which we provide free accessories replacements. The available accessories can be found on our Chairs Accs page.

Warranty periods begin when you receive the product. If you have any problems with your chair during this period, please Contact Us directly so we can help.

Electronic Products

All Gamepad and Headphones come with a 1-year warranty. During the warranty period, if there is any problem with the products, please contact us and we will help you resolve the issue and even resent a new product.

Similarly, the warranty time starts from the moment the product is received and continues for one year.
