Ralf - Team Ikari
He has been active in the KOF series since the very beginning, ever since the very first KOF game in 1994. Having the distinctive appearance of an American soldier, he uses similar attack methods to Clark who is also a member of the same team.
In KOF XII, SNK made some major changes to Ralf's attack style as a result of the numerous changes to the game. In my opinion, one of the reasons might have been the significant changes made to better differentiate him from Clark over time.
