A mainstay since the very beginning in KOF 94, Athena Asamiya remains the sparkling icon of the franchise. However, KOF XV marks a historic milestone for her: for the first time in the series' main entries, Athena has stepped outside her comfort zone to team up with a brand-new roster of allies.
Traditionally, Athena has always fought alongside her loyal training partner Sie Kensou and her mentor Chin Gentsai under the "Psycho Soldier Team" banner. Her new team dynamic in KOF XV leaves a nostalgic void in many fans' hearts. Whether Kensou and Chin will eventually join the fray as DLC to complete the legendary trio remains one of the most anticipated questions of the season. Vice is a hard-hitting female character. Her current fighting style primarily focuses on grapples and brutal combo attacks, a style that has evolved over time, clearly distinguishing her from her partner, Mature.
Mature - DLC Characters
Mature's combat style emphasizes speed and agility, standing in stark contrast to Vice's heavy, powerful feel. In battle, once Mature makes even light contact, she can easily chain into her signature slashes, dealing continuous damage to opponents.
Omega Rugal - DLC Characters
