What payment methods do you accept?
We offer secure, internationally recognized payment gateways to ensure your transaction is protected:
- Global Customers: We primarily support PayPal, which offers an extra layer of security for cross-border transactions and supports major international credit cards.
- Taiwan Customers: ECPay is available, supporting Visa, MasterCard, and JCB.
- Note: We currently do not offer installment payment plans.
Why did my credit card authorization fail?

How much does shipping cost?
PHAIGINA is committed to making collecting accessible. Currently, we offer Complimentary Shipping to the contiguous United States.
Note: We currently do not offer delivery services to AK, HI, PR, VI, GU, AS, MP, AE, and AP.

Can you deliver to a P.O. Box?
No.
To ensure the safety and secure signature of your acquisitions, we cannot deliver to P.O. Box addresses. Please provide a physical street address at checkout to avoid shipping delays.
Where do items ship from, and how long does delivery take?
Our collections are sourced directly from premier studios and dispatched via international express to your doorstep:
- Processing Time: 1-2 business days for quality inspection and professional packaging.
- Transit Time: 7-8 business days via our premium courier partners.
- Total Estimated Delivery: You can expect your acquisition to arrive within 8-10 business days after your order is confirmed.
How do I track my order?
Once your package has been dispatched, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking number. You can monitor your shipment’s coordinates through your member account or via the 17TRACK page.
Can I modify my shipping address?
Address modifications are free of charge if requested within 2-48 hours of placing your order (before dispatch). Once the item has entered the international shipping process, any additional rerouting fees incurred will be the buyer's responsibility.

We offer an extended 30-day Return Period for our US and International collectors. As long as the item remains in its original, complete condition, you may initiate a return request within this timeframe.

Where are the products manufactured?
PHAIGINA selects only high-quality production partners. Currently, our collections are primarily manufactured in China and undergo rigorous quality control (QC) by our team before dispatch.
Will there be color discrepancies?
While we strive for absolute accuracy in our photography, please be aware that actual colors may vary slightly due to individual monitor settings and calibrations.
